Creator Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Creator Terms & Conditions ("Creator Terms") govern the relationship between Seluniyaa Platform ("Platform") and individuals or entities who create and publish AI models/personas ("Creators") on the Platform.

Seluniyaa Platform is operated by GK Thirumaran.

By applying to be a Creator or publishing a model on Seluniyaa, you agree to these terms in addition to the general User Terms & Conditions.

2. Creator Eligibility

  • Access to creator tools is granted via an application process.
  • Platforms reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion based on vision, quality, and community safety.
  • Creators must provide accurate contact and payment (UPI) information.

3. Model Ownership & Responsibility

  • Data Responsibility: Creators are solely responsible for the content, instructions, and behavior of their models. Seluniyaa provides the hosting and infrastructure but does not curate individual persona logic.
  • Intellectual Property: Creators retain rights to their original descriptions and RAG data but grant Seluniyaa a non-exclusive license to host and serve this content.
  • Third-Party Rights: Creators must not create personas of real individuals (public figures or private citizens) without express authorization or for the purpose of defamation/misinformation.

4. Prohibited Exploits & System Integrity

Creators are strictly prohibited from:

  • Prompt Injection Attacks: Attempting to reverse-engineer or reveal the platform's internal system prompts via model instructions.
  • Credit Manipulation: Attempting to bypass the platform's credit consumption logic or artificially inflating model usage.
  • System Probing: Testing the platform's security boundaries or attempting to access data outside of their own model configurations.
  • Abusive Content: Creating models designed for the primary purpose of generating hate speech, illegal instructions, or highly explicit sexual content that violates our community standards.

5. Earnings & Revenue Sharing

Seluniyaa operates on a net revenue-sharing model.

5.1 Calculation Formula

Net Earnings = (Credits Charged - AI Infrastructure Cost) * Creator Tier %

5.2 AI Infrastructure Costs (Deducted per Interaction)

  • Free User Interaction: 0.05 Credits
  • Pro User Interaction: 0.10 Credits

5.3 Creator Tiers (Net Share %)

  • Standard Tier (Tier 0): 35%
  • Advanced Tier (Tier 1): 40%
  • Ultimate Tier (Tier 2): 45%

6. Payouts & Thresholds

  • Minimum Threshold: Creators must accumulate a minimum of 200 credits in net earnings to request a payout.
  • Process: Payouts are currently processed manually via UPI.
  • Timing: Requests are usually verified and settled within 7-10 business days.
  • Fraud Prevention: Seluniyaa reserves the right to withhold payouts if suspicious activity (e.g., botting or credit exploits) is detected.

7. Termination

Seluniyaa reserves the right to archive, suspend, or delete any model or Creator account that:

  • Violates these terms or our general community standards.
  • Receives significant user reports for harmful behavior.
  • Attempts to exploit the platform's technical systems.
