2. Payment Processing
Payments for Seluniyaa services are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment provider.
Razorpay manages:
- payment processing
- payment authorization
- financial transaction security
Seluniyaa does not directly store or manage sensitive financial information such as credit card or bank details.
Users must comply with Razorpay’s payment policies when completing transactions.
3. Credit-Based System
Seluniyaa services operate using a credit-based usage model.

Once an AI request begins generating output, the corresponding credits are considered consumed.
Credits consumed through AI usage are non-refundable.
4. Subscription Credits

7. Non-Refundable Situations

- credits consumed through AI usage
- cancellation of AI generation after response streaming has started
- dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses
- accidental usage of credits by the user
- normal subscription usage
- failure to use purchased credits
AI responses are generated automatically, and differences in expected output quality do not qualify for refunds.
8. Requesting a Refund
