1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Seluniyaa Platform and its services.

Seluniyaa is an AI-powered platform that provides access to multiple AI tools through a unified account and credit-based usage system.

Seluniyaa Platform is operated by GK Thirumaran.

By accessing or using Seluniyaa services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Platform Overview

Seluniyaa provides a centralized platform offering multiple AI-powered products and services.

Current or future products may include:

  • Shin Shion (AI conversational assistant)
  • Creator AI (content generation tools)
  • Trend analysis tools
  • Additional AI utilities introduced under the Seluniyaa ecosystem

All services operate through the Seluniyaa Core system, which manages:

  • authentication
  • credit balances
  • rate limiting
  • AI request processing
  • response streaming

Seluniyaa services may evolve over time and new products may be introduced.

3. User Accounts

To access Seluniyaa services, users must create a registered account.

Accounts provide access to:

  • Seluniyaa AI products
  • credit wallet management
  • usage history
  • subscription plans

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

Users must not:

  • share account access with others
  • attempt to bypass authentication systems
  • impersonate another user

Seluniyaa reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in abuse or violations of these Terms.

4. Age Requirements

Seluniyaa services are available only to users 13 years of age or older.

By using Seluniyaa, users confirm they meet this age requirement.

Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the platform.

5. Credit System

Seluniyaa services operate on a credit-based usage system.

Credits are used to perform AI actions across the platform.

Examples of AI actions that consume credits include:

  • generating AI responses
  • creating AI-generated content
  • requesting analysis from AI tools

Example credit usage:

Credits are deducted when an AI response begins generating.

6. Subscription Plans

Seluniyaa may provide multiple subscription plans.

Purchased credits do not expire and remain available until consumed unless otherwise specified.

7. Credit Charging Rules

Seluniyaa uses a structured credit charging process.

Credit Reservation

When a user submits an AI request:

  1. Credit balance is checked.
  2. Required credits are reserved.
  3. AI generation begins.

Credit Deduction

Credits are deducted when AI generation begins producing output tokens.

This occurs when the AI provider starts returning generated content.

User Cancellation

If a user cancels a response after AI generation has started:

  • the credit is still considered consumed
  • no refund is issued

This rule prevents misuse of the platform.

AI Failure

If a request fails before AI generation begins, credits may not be deducted or may be automatically refunded.

8. AI Response Streaming

Seluniyaa may stream AI responses progressively.

Example response behavior:

User prompt submitted ↓ AI generation begins ↓ Text appears gradually in real time

Users may stop responses during generation.

Stopping the response after generation begins does not refund credits.

9. Input and Prompt Limits

To maintain system performance and cost control, Seluniyaa enforces prompt size limits.

Free Users

The final prompt may include:

10. Rate Limiting

Seluniyaa applies rate limits to maintain fair usage.

Free Users

Rate limits may be adjusted as the platform evolves.

11. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not use Seluniyaa services to:

  • violate intellectual property laws
  • produce abusive or harmful content
  • attempt to bypass AI safety systems
  • perform prompt injection attacks
  • exploit system vulnerabilities

Accounts that violate these policies may be suspended.

12. AI Output Disclaimer

AI responses are generated automatically using third-party AI providers.

AI-generated outputs:

  • may contain inaccuracies
  • may produce incorrect information
  • should not be relied upon for critical decisions

Seluniyaa is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content.

13. Third-Party AI Providers

Seluniyaa relies on external AI services including:

  • Google Gemini
  • OpenAI

User prompts and system instructions may be transmitted to these providers to generate responses.

These providers may process interactions according to their own policies.

14. System Availability

Seluniyaa services depend on third-party infrastructure including:

  • cloud hosting providers
  • AI providers
  • external APIs

Service interruptions may occur due to:

  • provider outages
  • maintenance
  • technical failures

Seluniyaa does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

15. Account Suspension

Seluniyaa reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in:

  • abuse of AI systems
  • attempts to bypass credit systems
  • violation of platform rules
  • excessive automated requests

Additional enforcement policies may be introduced in the future.

16. Platform Evolution

Seluniyaa may introduce:

  • new products
  • new credit structures
  • new pricing models
  • new AI models

Platform policies may be updated as the system evolves.

Users may be notified of major changes when required.

17. Limitation of Liability

Seluniyaa services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

Seluniyaa is not responsible for:

  • AI-generated inaccuracies
  • user decisions made based on AI outputs
  • data loss caused by external infrastructure
  • service interruptions

Users assume responsibility for how they use AI-generated content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
